jazzinleeds.co.uk>In 1979 I bought an old black and chrome framus bass from a luthier in Cambridge UK. Over the years it's followed me around the UK but sadly I've lost a few parts - the adjustable spike and the chest support. I've used it from time to time as an emergency stand in (played sitting down?!) when my acoustic bass is off the road.
Now I'm wanting to use it again and I'd like to track down a replacement:
Chest support / adjustable spike.
(The old chest support was chrome but it slipped around from the attachment on the back of body. I live in Yorkshire, UK. If anyone offer any suggestions I'd be happy to hear from them - or maybe some fellow owners.
